Photo
Typically, for a 2,000 square foot property, we deliver 25-35 high-quality images. For properties larger than this, we provide an additional 4 to 8 images per extra 1,000 square feet. Our standard turnaround time for regular interior and exterior daytime property photography is next-day delivery from Monday to Thursday.
Next-Day Delivery: We define next-day delivery as providing your content anytime during the next full business day, between 9:00 AM and 11:59 PM. If requested in advance, we can deliver photography shoots completed on a Friday by Saturday. Otherwise, the default delivery for Friday shoots is the following Monday. For weekend photography sessions conducted on Saturday or Sunday, delivery will be by the following Tuesday.
Video Walk Through
$425
All videography projects have a standard turnaround time of two to four business days. For shoots conducted over the weekend, this period may extend to four to five business days. Upon completion of editing, clients will receive an email containing a Dropbox link to all files, along with Vimeo and/or YouTube links.
Our skilled post-production team excels in conceptualizing and clearly conveying your brand message. We include graphics, visual, and sound effects in each edit at no additional cost. However, detailed lower thirds content and any re-edits requested after the first round may incur additional charges.
Standard Floor Plans
$175 up to 2000 sq.ft
All standard floorplans are delivered with a next-day turnaround, excluding holidays and weekends. Each floorplan provides basic room dimensions, and upon request, an overall square footage for each floor. While our measurement methods are highly accurate, they are not official. We disclaim responsibility for any discrepancies with state-authorized measurements.
2D Enhanced Floor Plan
$200 up to 2,000 sq.ft.
All enhanced floorplans and site plans have a turnaround time of 2-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Each floorplan includes basic room dimensions and, upon request, provides an overall square footage for each floor. While our measurement methods are highly accurate, they are not official. Matterport / Zillow 3D
$300 under 2,000 sq ft.
All VR tour services, including Matterport and Zillow 3D Enhanced VR, have a next-day turnaround. For weekend shoots, this may extend to the following Monday or Tuesday. On average, it takes approximately one hour to virtually photograph a property of 4,000 square feet. Each tour can be viewed on desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone, with mobile phones offering the added feature of VR goggle compatibility. Tours can be customized to be either branded, unbranded, or both. Upon completion of editing, a link to the tour(s) will be provided via email.
Hosting Costs: Zillow 3D hosting is free in perpetuity; Matterport hosting is free for the first three months, followed by a fee of $50 per year.
